At VEVIY, we believe every person deserves a hair solution that is truly their own. That's why we offer custom orders tailored to your unique needs. Before getting started, please take a moment to review the following guidelines so we can work together to create the perfect piece for you.

Pricing & Discounts

Custom order pricing is confirmed at the time of order and remains valid for up to one year. Please note that promotional discounts and coupon codes do not apply to custom orders, as each piece is individually priced based on your specific requirements.

Color Matching

Achieving a perfect color match is one of the most nuanced parts of the custom process, and we want to set honest expectations upfront.

Colors viewed on screens can vary significantly depending on your device's display settings. We recommend not relying solely on digital references.
When working from reference photos, we can typically achieve 70%–80% color similarity.
Please keep in mind that an exact 100% color match is not achievable in custom hair production.
For curly or wavy styles, the high-heat coloring process may cause slight shifts in tone. This is a natural part of the crafting process.

Texture & Style

We can work with your photos or samples to recreate a texture or style that suits you. That said, handcrafted products carry natural variation, and we want you to feel fully informed before ordering.

Texture similarity based on reference photos is typically 70%–80%.
All waves and curls are shaped by hand, meaning subtle differences between pieces — or even between batches — are to be expected.
Styling temperature, technique, and hair condition can all influence the final result.
Curly and wavy styles may relax over time. We suggest storing your piece flat to help preserve the shape.
Combing through waves or curls will alter their appearance — this is normal and not a defect.
The heat styling process involved in creating texture can cause minor color variation, particularly on lighter shades. For this reason, we generally advise against adding waves or curls to light-colored hair.

Order Cancellation

Each VEVIY custom order is built from the ground up — from cap construction to color, length, density, and hairline design. The moment your order is confirmed, our team begins preparing materials and allocating production time specifically for you.

Because custom pieces cannot be restocked or resold, the following cancellation terms apply:

Cancellations requested within 3 business days of order placement are eligible for a partial refund, with a 50% handling fee retained to cover preparation costs.
After 3 business days, cancellations are no longer accepted as production will be underway.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every custom order is made exclusively for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom pieces. We encourage you to review all specifications carefully before confirming your order, and our team is always happy to help you make the right choices.
