VEVIY Return & Refund Policy

At VEVIY, we prioritize your full confidence when shopping with us. Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase, our support team is ready to assist you. Kindly read through our complete return and refund guidelines below.

🔁 Return Eligibility

Our 14-day return window starts the day you receive your package. All returns must meet the following criteria to qualify:
  1. Items must remain unused, unworn and unaltered in their original condition. Trial fitting is permitted, yet hair units cannot be dyed, curled, trimmed or glued in any way. We accept returns for opened packages as long as the hair stays intact.
  2. All original accessories, tags and packaging boxes must be sent back together with the item.
  3. Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days upon delivery.
⚠️ Customized or modified hair pieces including trimmed, colored, styled and glued units are non-refundable and non-returnable.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following goods cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
  1. Worn, trimmed or modified hair systems
  2. Fully custom-made products
  3. Clearance and final sale merchandise
  4. Items submitted for return after the 14-day valid window
  5. Personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gas products
  6. Gift cards (zero refund or return eligibility)

📦 Return Shipping Labels & Shipping Fees

To initiate a return, email our support team at info@veviy.com. We will send you a dedicated return link to generate your free pre-paid shipping label. Any parcels sent back without prior return authorization will be rejected and unprocessed.
Free return labels are available for customers residing in these regions:

Canada, United States, Czech Republic, Australia, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Ukraine, Mexico, Italy, Chile, South Korea, Japan, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, Russia, Belgium.
Customers from all other territories shall cover return shipping fees and ship items to our designated return address at their own cost.
Your complimentary return label expires after 10 days from issuance. We take no responsibility for failed returns caused by expired unused labels, and you will lose eligibility to return that item once the label lapses.
Original shipping charges including expedited delivery surcharges are non-refundable.

Customers bear return shipping costs for voluntary returns. We cover return shipping fees only if the error originates from our side, such as mis-shipped items or factory-damaged goods.

🛠️ Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order thoroughly right after delivery. Contact us immediately via info@veviy.com if your hair piece arrives defective, damaged or mismatched with your order. We will investigate your case and provide proper remedies accordingly.

🔄 Exchanges

Direct exchange service is not currently available. The fastest solution to obtain your desired product is to file a return for your current item, and place a brand-new separate order once your return application gets approved.

💰 Refund Process

We require 3–7 business days to review and validate your return application. After we receive and inspect your returned merchandise, you will receive an email notification of your refund approval or rejection.

If approved, funds will be credited back to your original payment channel within 7–14 business days. Please note banks and card issuers may hold additional processing time before funds reflect in your account.
If you have not received your refund 15 business days after approval, reach out to us at info@veviy.com for follow-up checks.

A $25 custom production fee will be deducted from all refunds for custom hair systems.
